You’re invited to the Ribbon Cutting Celebration of the new WINGS Infant Center! Please join us for a special ribbon cutting event to celebrate the opening of the WINGS Infant Center, a new early childhood care and education facility operated by Children’s Resource & Referral of Santa Barbara County (CRRSBC). CRRSBC is a community-oriented organization focused on strengthening families by providing high-quality childcare, referrals, and support resources. The WINGS Infant Center is designed to offer a safe, nurturing, inclusive, and developmentally enriching environment for infants and toddlers, where young children can explore, grow, and thrive. This celebration will bring together families, community partners, educators, and civic leaders to honor the importance of accessible, quality early education in our region.
